Pegylated mechano growth factor · IGF-1Ec · MGF
A splice variant of IGF-1 released by damaged muscle, pegylated to last longer. No human trials, and the same proliferation concern as everything in the IGF family.
Storage
- Freeze-dried powder
- Refrigerated at 2–8 °C, protected from light.
- After mixing
- Refrigerated at 2–8 °C. Do not freeze once mixed.
- Long-term, frozen
- Unopened powder is stable at −20 °C or colder.
Reconstitution — 5 mg vial, 300 mcg dose
On a 1 mL U-100 syringe. Check every figure against your own vial before drawing.

When to stop
- Any new lump, unexplained weight loss or unexplained persistent pain.
- Any allergic response: rash, hives, facial swelling or difficulty breathing. Seek urgent care.
- An injection site that becomes hot, spreading or produces pus.
