When to stop

  • Any new lump, unexplained weight loss or unexplained persistent pain.
  • Any allergic response: rash, hives, facial swelling or difficulty breathing. Seek urgent care.
  • An injection site that becomes hot, spreading or produces pus.

Not approved anywhere. Reached phase 2 trials for ophthalmic and wound indications under pharmaceutical development, which did not proceed to registration. Sold as a research chemical, usually as the TB-500 fragment, not the full protein.
