The note about titration is doing important work. The dose written here is a maintenance figure, and the ladder on the semaglutide profile starts an order of magnitude lower for a reason — the gastrointestinal effects are dose-dependent and the step-up is how the trials managed them.

This is the only combination on the site with a real phase 3 behind it, which cuts both ways. The trials tested a manufactured product at a known concentration; a research-chemical vial is not that, and the gap between them is bigger here than for compounds nobody has ever made properly.
