Longevity course with a hard stop

Epitalon is one of the few things here described as a short course rather than a standing dose. NAD+ continues past it. The stop is the point.

quietlifter wrote this as a plan rather than a record. There is no dose log behind it, and nothing here says anybody followed it.

Read thisThis is one person’s plan, published by them. We did not write it, check it, or verify that they followed it — and one person doing something is not evidence that it works or that it is safe. Every compound above links to what the published research actually says.

Why

This page is educational. It describes what published research reports, not what you should do. Peptides discussed here are largely not approved for human use, and nothing on Bioalmanac is medical advice.

Written by readers, not by us. Nothing here is checked, and a confident reply is not evidence.

Good to see a course with an actual end date. Most epitalon protocols circulating online run it continuously, which is not what the source literature describes — that used short courses with long gaps, and the gap appears to be part of the design rather than an inconvenience.
