Protocol
Also written regimen, schedule, course
One compound, with a dose, a frequency and a length: the plan, as opposed to what was actually taken.
A protocol states the intent — 250 mcg of BPC-157, twice daily, subcutaneous, for six weeks. What was actually taken is a log, and the gap between the two is the only honest measure of whether a plan was followed.
The word is used loosely elsewhere to mean a whole stack, a single dose, or a rumour. Here it means one compound's schedule, and a stack is several protocols run together.
A protocol reported in a source is a description of what somebody did, not a recommendation. Every one on this site names where it came from and how strong that source is.
