BPC-157 and GHK-Cu
The two components of GLOW without the TB-500, run separately so each can be dosed on its own schedule and route.
GHK-Cu has the strongest dermatological research of anything on this site, and almost all of it is topical. BPC-157's repair association is injected and animal-only. Running them separately is what lets you use each by the route its own evidence used.
This is the argument against the blends generally, made concrete: in a GLOW vial both are injected on one schedule, and the GHK-Cu research that people are buying it for was not done that way.
The schedule
Commonly run, not recommended12 weeks. Doses are what sources describe rather than what we advise — where a source gave a range we show the range instead of choosing a number inside it.
| Compound | Dose | How often | Weeks |
|---|---|---|---|
| GHK-CuPreclinicalTopical. Which is how nearly all of its dermatological research was done. | 2000 mcg | Once dailyA serum applied to clean skin. Injected GHK-Cu has far less behind it than the topical literature people cite for it. | 1–12 |
| BPC-157PreclinicalInjected, on its own daily schedule. | 250 mcg | Once daily | 1–12 |
Things worth knowing
- Different routes is the entire point. A blend cannot do this.
- GHK-Cu delivers copper. Anyone with a copper metabolism disorder should avoid it by any route.
- Topical peptide penetration is the weak link in all cosmetic peptide research, and the formulation matters more than the percentage.
- BPC-157 is prohibited in sport.

Questions
- Does GHK-Cu need to be injected for skin?
- The human evidence for GHK-Cu is topical. If it is being injected, the studies most often cited in support are not studies of that route. That is a specific gap and not a general shortage of evidence, and it bears on how you would choose to use it.
- Can copper peptides be mixed with other peptides?
- Copper peptides are generally kept in their own vial. The practical reason is that copper is reactive and the compatibility of these mixtures is not characterised; the simpler reason is that mixing removes your ability to stop one of them.
- How long before anything is visible?
- Skin turnover sets the floor regardless of what is being used: changes in the outer layer take weeks and changes in dermal structure take considerably longer. Anything visible inside a fortnight is more likely hydration or inflammation than remodelling.
