Immune support through a heavy season

The two thymic peptides, which is the one group on this site with a genuine clinical record — for hepatitis B and as an adjuvant, not for staying well through a training block. That gap is the whole point of reading the profiles first.

Thymosin alpha-1The best-evidenced compound here, and the evidence is for indications nobody in a gym has. Approved in several countries for hepatitis B; that is not a claim about winter colds.1600 mcgWeekly · Mon, Thu1–8

Why

This page is educational. It describes what published research reports, not what you should do. Peptides discussed here are largely not approved for human use, and nothing on BioAlmanac is medical advice.

Written by readers, not by us. Nothing here is checked, and a confident reply is not evidence.

The gap named in the summary is the whole thing. Thymosin alpha-1 has approvals and real trials behind it, all for hepatitis B and as a vaccine adjuvant, and none of that transfers to not catching something in February. Good evidence for a different question is still evidence for a different question.
