The ratio is fixed in the vial. Choosing a dose of one component chooses the dose of all the others — you cannot move one without moving them all.

KLOW takes the GLOW formula and adds KPV, typically producing an 80 mg vial: 50 mg GHK-Cu with 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. The stated rationale is that KPV contributes anti-inflammatory activity through a pathway the other three do not touch.

Four compounds at a fixed ratio means four doses chosen at once. The GHK-Cu share is still five times any other component, so the arithmetic problem GLOW has is unchanged. There is simply one more number in it.

This is the least-studied of the common blends, which is a meaningful statement given that none of them has been studied at all as a mixture.

How it works

BPC-157 is associated with angiogenesis in animal models.

TB-500 binds actin and is associated with cell migration.

KPV is a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH with anti-inflammatory activity in cell and animal work, particularly in the gut.

What does KPV add over GLOW?
An anti-inflammatory mechanism the other three do not have. KPV is a fragment of alpha-MSH, with activity shown in cell and animal work, particularly in the gut. Whether it adds anything in this mixture has not been examined.
How much of each am I taking?
At 5:1:1:1 in an 80 mg vial, five-eighths of any draw is GHK-Cu and one-eighth each is BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV.
