The ratio is fixed in the vial: choosing a dose of one component chooses the dose of all the others. The separate-vials column is the cheapest confirmed listing to the median across vendors, for the masses this vial holds. We do not price blend vials themselves — hold it against whatever you are being quoted.
Wolverine is the repair backbone the other named blends are built on: BPC-157 and TB-500, nothing else. The name is community coinage after the Marvel character, not a manufacturer's.
It is sold in at least two sizes. A 20 mg vial with 10 mg of each is the more common; a 10 mg vial with 5 mg of each is widely sold too. Both are called Wolverine, so the name alone does not tell you what you have — read the vial, not the label on the forum post.
At 1:1 the arithmetic is easier than the GHK-Cu blends, where one component is five times the others. Choosing a dose still chooses both doses, but the two move together.
How it works
Two mechanisms arriving together, neither studied in combination.
BPC-157 is associated with angiogenesis in animal models: new blood supply to injured tissue.
TB-500 binds actin and is associated with cell migration, which is the step repair depends on after blood supply.
The stated rationale for pairing them is that they act at different points of the same process. No study has examined whether that holds.

Clear and colourless after reconstitution
Unlike the GHK-Cu blends, nothing here is blue. A blue Wolverine vial is not Wolverine.

Questions
- Is Wolverine 10 mg or 20 mg?
- Both are sold under the name. The 20 mg vial holds 10 mg of each component; the 10 mg vial holds 5 mg of each. A protocol quoted in units or in millilitres is meaningless without knowing which one it was written for.
- Why is it called Wolverine?
- Community coinage, after the Marvel character's healing. It is not a manufacturer's name, which is part of why the formulation was never standardised.
- Is a blend better than two separate vials?
- It is fewer injections and one price. Against that: the ratio is fixed, so you cannot adjust one component without the other; if you react you cannot tell which one caused it; and no published work has measured whether either peptide keeps its potency in shared solution.

Every component of the common blends is supported by animal or cell-culture work only. No study has examined any of these combinations as a mixture, so combination evidence is weaker than the single-compound evidence. That is itself preclinical.
